We helped deliver Asia’s first zero-carbon building. In Hong Kong, we worked on the CIC-Zero Carbon Park with the Construction Industry Council and local government. Our team provided early advice and cost guidance to bring the project to life. It combined renewable energy, passive design and public engagement, and won awards for green building.

Our carbon services cover all stages, from concept to detailed design. We use tools like OneClick LCA, eTool and EC3. These let us measure life cycle impacts and test low-carbon options. We support BREEAM, LEED and local planning needs, including through full lifecycle analyses and lifecycle cost studies. We also advise on decarbonisation strategy and budgeting for full asset portfolios.
