Creating a new destination for beer and food lovers
This independent brewery wanted more than a production facility. The goal was to create a public destination that brings brewing, food and community together under one roof.

A unique mix of production and public space
The development combines a working brewery with spaces for visitors to explore and enjoy. Guests can take tours that start in the brew house and rise to a mezzanine level with views into the brewing floor. The building also includes a food market, event spaces, a beer garden with roof terrace, and kitchens for demonstrations. Offices, storage and technical areas support the brewery’s operations behind the scenes.
Keeping ambition on budget
Working with architects Davis Brody Bond, Currie & Brown provided cost estimating services across the project. We kept the client’s vision at the centre while making sure the design stayed within budget. Our advice gave the client the confidence to invest in high-quality spaces that would attract both brewers and visitors.
A brewery built for people
The result is a landmark facility that supports independent brewing while creating an inviting place for the public. Visitors can learn about the process, enjoy local food, and connect with the community in a vibrant setting. The client gains a space that is commercially viable and designed to grow with future demand.
