James Grinnell
James leads our global people strategy and culture.
James joined Currie & Brown in 2016 as group people director, following the acquisition of Sweett Group. At Sweett, he had served as group HR director since 2013.
He has held senior roles both in and outside HR, often leading change linked to acquisitions and restructuring. His experience spans construction, engineering, support services and property.
He holds a master’s degree and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
