Craig Finlayson

I provide commercial and operational leadership across the region, working with our senior leadership team to improve processes, drive growth and strengthen long-term performance.
I first joined Currie & Brown in the UK before relocating to Dubai in 2008 as a Senior Cost Manager. Since then, I’ve worked on projects across cost management, project management and advisory services. I’ve led large client teams in the UAE and KSA, established our regional Contract Advisory Service, and even stepped in as interim Regional Managing Director in KSA. I also sit on the World Regional Board for the RICS and oversee our APC programme.
Career highlights
There have been many. Relocating overseas. Helping colleagues achieve their APC. Supporting the growth of our regional business.
One highlight that stands out is moving our Dubai office to Dubai Hills after COVID. Seeing the team return to a new, modern space was a proud moment.
