Lucy Fisher has joined Currie & Brown as Director and Office Lead for our new office in Stockton-on-Tees. This strengthens our support for clients across the region.

Lucy brings a strong track record in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects. She joins from Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), where she played a key role in growing their business across the North East. With a background in building surveying, Lucy has led projects across both public and private sectors, from local authorities and healthcare to education, commercial and listed buildings.

Backing growth in the region

Commenting on her appointment, Lucy said:

“It’s an incredibly exciting time for the North East. Major infrastructure projects, green energy investments and public-private funding are transforming the region. Growing up here, I’m proud to take on a role that lets me give back to the communities I’ve always called home. I’m looking forward to working with clients to deliver projects that create lasting value.”

Building on Currie & Brown’s expertise in ports, green energy, infrastructure and data centres, Lucy’s leadership will help clients deliver high-impact projects and unlock long-term value.

Strengthening client support in Teesside

Lucy will work alongside Jonathan Wilson, Director of Advisory, who leads project finance services across the region. Together, they’ll offer clients an integrated approach focused on long-term success.

Setting up a permanent base in Stockton-on-Tees shows our commitment to the region. The local team will draw on Currie & Brown’s global experience to help deliver large-scale investment programmes.

William Allan, Regional Managing Director for Scotland, Ireland and Investments, said:

“Lucy brings the right mix of experience, insight and leadership to grow our presence in the North East. Her track record speaks for itself, and she will be a key part of our plans to support clients across the region.”
