Currie & Brown narrowly missed out on being named "Construction Consultant/Surveyor of the Year" when the results of the annual Building
Awards were announced at a ceremony on 1 April at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
Despite making the shortlist of five, ahead of more than 150 nominations from across the UK, Currie & Brown was pipped at the post by Davis Langdon, who carried off the title for the third year in a row.
Commenting on the result Euan McEwan, Group Chief Executive said:
"I am immensely proud that Currie & Brown made it into the top five consultancies in Britain. This is a great testament to the hard work, time and effort put in by all the staff and a public recognition of their contribution to the turnaround that we are making in this business."
The Building Awards are all about rewarding best practice, innovation and excellence, characteristics that Currie & Brown has proved it has in spades.
